General terms of Inspirit Studio

Monthly Studio Membership

 

1. The Yoga Studio works hard to ensure all classes are held according to the latest timetable and will endeavour to give notice before making changes. However, the schedule is subject to change or be cancelled without notice. 

Inspirit Studio is not liable to refund or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed, or cancelled for any reason but will offer the student to book another class for no extra charge. 

All classes require a booking.

 

2. This membership allows you unlimited classes each week, but excludes workshops or other special events.

 

3. As a monthly member, you are not charged for not showing up to a class you have booked, but we ask you to be mindful when scheduling and respect the class and teacher by making every effort to come to class. Two hours notice is the preferred cancellation time frame.

 

4. Membership will automatically continue on a monthly basis (after the initial first month) until Inspirit Studio is advised by you via email (inspirit-studio@outlook.com) to cancel the membership. There is no charge for cancellation.

 

6. The Inspirit Studio Monthly Membership can only be used by one person.

 

7. By signing up to the Inspirit Studio Monthly Membership you are agreeing to the above Terms and Conditions.

Class Passes Terms and Conditions

5, and 10 class passes each have a specified expiry date.

 

5 class pass expires 3 months after the clients first visit

10 class pass expires 6 months after the clients first visit

Cancellation Policy

 

Studio Classes

Any reservations that are cancelled with more than 2 hours before class start time are classed as an ‘early cancel’ and your pass will not be used.

 

Any reservations that are cancelled within 2 hours of the class start time are classed as a ‘late cancel’ and the pass will be used.

 

Any refunds for classes cancelled after this time is at the discretion of Inspirit Studio.

 

It is the clients responsibility to cancel a booked class through the GYMCATCH app within the 2-hour time frame.

 

Inspirit Studio does not accept cancellations via email or text. 

 

Workshops and Retreats

You are able to cancel your space on a retreat or workshop up to 7 days before the scheduled date and receive a full refund.

 

Cancellations within 72 hours before the scheduled date and receive a 50% refund 

 

6 Week Course

Please ensure you are able to attend the FULL 6 weeks of the course, as we are unable to offer ‘make up’ classes due to the popularity of the class.

 

Any cancellations once the course begins are not able to be refunded or moved to another day/time.

 

Waitlist

When placing yourself on the ‘waitlist’ for a class, it is your responsibility to monitor your emails as Inspirit Studio will email you as soon as someone cancels their space. 

 

This can happen up to 2 hours before the class is due to start. Please note that the 2 hour cancellation policy is still in place, if your plans change and you no longer wish to attend it is advised that you cancel your waitlist spot so that you are not charged as a ‘late cancel’.

 

Purchase Policy

All classes/services are paid for online before class starts.

 

If you are unable to register and book online you will be required to fill in a registration form so you can be loaded into our online booking system

 

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to cash, how ever we are happy to transfer the gift voucher to another member or new student.

 

Returns / Refunds

 

Studio Classes:

Inspirit Studio requires 2 hours notice for any class cancellations. Any refunds for classes cancelled after this time is at the discretion of Inspirit Studio.

6 Week course:

The Yoga Studio does not issue refunds or partial refunds for un-used 6 Week Beginner courses. Our courses are popular and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to make up the missed classes on a future 6 Week Beginner Course.

 

Giftvouchers:

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to cash, how ever we are happy to transfer the gift voucher to another member or new student.

 

Liability Waiver

 

When creating an account and/or attending an Inspirit Studio class/retreat or workshop you are agreeing that:

 

1. Though unlikely, I understand that participating in an exercise class involves risk of injury; I agree that I am responsible for any injuries sustained by me as a result of my participation in this class (including prenatal) or any future classes I attend at Inspirit Studio.

 

2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical physician prior to my participation in any yoga class offered by Inspirit Studio.

 

3. I have the consent of a parent or guardian (if under 16 years old)
